The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Guidelines document  attached below  is a summary related to the ARC review process and to project design and construction general requirements.  The attached document is intended to be a general summary of the comprehensive guidelines and requirements set forth in the Wynngate Declaration of Restrictive Covenants and its amendments and in the HOA By-Laws. The attached document does not  take precedence over the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants and By-Laws.  Also attached below is a general discussion of the construction  environment specific to the local market and conditions experienced by some of the HOA members.
