This page is used to notify the HOA members of any upcoming Board of Directors (BOD) or committee meetings, notifications to the members by the Board of Directors, scheduled maintenance work in the community common areas, social events or any other events that might be of interest to the HOA members.

  • July 11, 2025 - Board of Directors Meeting immediately following Annual Meeting.

  • Friday, Oct. 17, 2025 - 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm Board of Directors Meeting - Williams Home

 

  • Friday, Jan. 9, 2026 - 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm - Board of Directors Meeting - Location TBD

  • Friday, April 10, 2026 - 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm - Board of Directors Meeting - Location TBD

  • Saturday, July 11, 2026 - 10:00 am - 12:00 pm - Annual Homeowners Meeting. Location TBD

  • If you wish to present an item to the Board for consideration or discussion, you must contact Ginger Williams, or another Board Member, at least two weeks in advance of the meeting and request the item be added to the agenda.
