This page is used to notify the HOA members of any upcoming Board of Directors (BOD) or committee meetings, notifications to the members by the Board of Directors, scheduled maintenance work in the community common areas, social events or any other events that might be of interest to the HOA members.

  • April 19, 2025 - 10:00 AM - Spring Community Workday

  • July 12, 2025 - Saturday 10:00am - 12:00pm Annual Homeowner's Association Meeting - Rabun Gap Presbyterian Church, 8397 North Wolffork Rd, Rabun Gap GA

  • July 12, 2025 - Board of Directors Meeting immediately following Annual Meeting.

  • Location of regularly scheduled quarterly board meetings is Rabun Gap Presbyterian Church, 8397 North Wolffork Rd, Rabun Gap GA. If you wish to present an item to the Board for consideration or discussion, you must contact Ginger Williams, or another Board Member, at least two weeks in advance of the meeting and request the item be added to the agenda.
