  • April 19, 2025 - 10:00 AM - Spring Community Workday

  • **July 11, 2025 - Friday 4:00pm - 6:00pm Annual Homeowner's Association Meeting - Dillard City Council Chamber, 892 Franklin St., Dillard GA 30537

  • July 11, 2025 - Board of Directors Meeting immediately following Annual Meeting.

  • **PLEASE NOTE CHANGE OF DATE AND LOCATION FOR THE ANNUAL MEETING DUE TO CONSTRUCTION. If you wish to present an item to the Board for consideration or discussion, you must contact Ginger Williams, or another Board Member, at least two weeks in advance of the meeting and request the item be added to the agenda.
