Board of Directors Meetings

The dates of the scheduled meetings of the Board of Directors and Homeowner's Association members are posted below. Regular meetings of the board of directors may be held with such frequency and at such time and at such place as shall from time to time be determined by the board. The current meeting schedule is quarterly and the dates are posted below. Special meetings of the Board of Directors maybe held if deemed necessary by the Board or if requested by the HOA Members subject to the meeting notice provisions in Article 4 - Meetings of Members of the By-Laws of WynnGate Homeowners' Association, Inc.  The Board of Directors meetings are open to Homeowner Association Members.

 

Scheduled Board of Director Meetings for 2025 - 2026 are as follows: 

 

 

  • Friday, Oct. 17, 2025 - 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm Board of Directors Meeting - Williams Home

 

  • Friday, Jan. 9, 2026 - 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm - Board of Directors Meeting - Location TBD

  • Friday, April 10, 2026 - 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm - Board of Directors Meeting - Location TBD

  • Saturday, July 11, 2026 - 10:00 am - 12:00 pm - Annual Homeowners Meeting. Location TBD

  • July 11, 2025 - Board of Directors Meeting immediately following Annual Meeting.

 

If you wish to present an item to the Board for consideration or discussion, you must contact Ginger Williams, or another Board Member, at least two weeks in advance of the meeting and request the item be added to the agenda.
