Board of Directors Meetings
The scheduled meeting dates for the Board of Directors and members of the Wynngate Homeowners’ Association are posted below.
Regular meetings of the Board of Directors are currently held quarterly at the dates, times, and locations established by the Board. Special meetings may be called when deemed necessary by the Board or when properly requested by HOA members, subject to the notice requirements outlined in Article 4, “Meetings of Members,” of the Bylaws of Wynngate Homeowners’ Association, Inc.
All members of the Wynngate Homeowners’ Association are welcome to attend meetings of the Board of Directors.

Friday, October 9th, 2026 - 4:00 PM - Quarterly Board of Directors Meeting. Location TBD

Friday, January 8th, 2027 - 4:00 PM - Quarterly Board of Directors Meeting. Location TBD

Friday, April 9th, 2027 - 4:00 PM - Quarterly Board of Directors Meeting. Location TBD

Saturday, July 10th, 2027 - 10:00 AM - Annual Homeowner's Association Meeting. Location TBD

Saturday, July 10th, 2027 - Immediately following the close of the Annual HOA Meeting and election of new board members. Quarterly Board of Directors Meeting. Location TBD
If you wish to present an item to the Board for consideration or discussion, you must contact Ginger Williams or another Board Member at least two weeks in advance of the meeting and request that the item be added to the agenda.
