Wynngate at Dillard is a unique, quiet single family residential community nestled in the lush mountains of northeast Georgia. Each homesite has been planned to take advantage of the mountain and valley vistas while maintaining forested buffers that afford a sense of privacy in a natural environment.
The community is accessed off of Hwy. 441 near the northeastern border of Georgia and North Carolina. This community enjoys little to no through traffic from the general public. The low roadway traffic volumes make the community pedestrian and pet friendly.
