HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OFFICERS

 

The officers of Wynngate Homeowners’ Association, Inc. are governed by Article 8, “Officers,” of the Association’s Bylaws, which defines their positions, responsibilities, and authority.

​

The Board of Directors elects the Association’s officers at its first meeting following the annual meeting of the membership and the election of the new Board. Officers serve until the Board elects their successors; therefore, their service is not necessarily limited to a one-year term.

​

At a minimum, the Association’s officers must include a President, Secretary, and Treasurer. A member of the Board may hold more than one officer position concurrently. The Board may also appoint additional officers, such as an Assistant Vice President, Assistant Secretary, or Assistant Treasurer.

​
