ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSFER OF WYNNGATE HOME OWNER'S ASSOCIATION

 

Attached is the Assignment and Transfer document dated July 2, 2014. This document assigns and transfers the responsibility for the compliance with and the enforcement of the terms and conditions of the amended Restrictive Covenants for the Wynngate at Dillard subdivision, as well as, the management and maintenance responsibilities of  the subdivision common area improvements (such as the roadways) from the subdivision Developers, Crestview Properties, to  the Wynngate Homeowners' Association, Inc.
