ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OF WYNNGATE HOME OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.

 

Attached below are the Articles of Incorporation of  the Wynngate Homeowners' Association dated June 12, 2014. This document establishes the Wynngate Homeowners' Association, Inc. as a legal non-profit corporation. Each lot property owner of the Wynngate at Dillard and Shadow Mountain at Wynngate subdivision shall be a member of this non-profit corporation. The Articles of Incorporation also identify the members nominated to serve as the initial the Board of Directors for the 2014 to 2015 term.
